This month, I will be hosting our gathering and discussing Macrobiotic Healing Foods: Emergency Survival Foods, Part Two.


Conscious Leaders need to be healthy, grounded, energized and prepared. . . for themselves and those who rely on them.


In Macrobiotics, food is understood as both nutrition (minerals, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) as well as frequency or energy. Accordingly, food can protect our cells from external stressors, such as 5G, side-effects of pharmaceutical drugs, and possible nuclear radiation. ⁠⁠ ⁣⁠


At our March gathering, we learned about the power of nature's healing foods, including sea vegetables and umeboshi plums.

TOMORROW, April 16, we will learn about amazing miso. Miso helps cleanse the body of toxins from: - nicotine poisoning - radiation - atmospheric pollution. We will learn how it helps dissolve cholesterol accumulations and heavy metal contamination, such as radioactive strontium and discharges them from the body.
